Meet the Founder
Built by an active older adult, for active older adults.
As a retired teacher and coach, staying active has always been part of who I am. Whether I am weightlifting, cycling, or jogging, movement helps me feel strong, capable, and connected to the life I want to keep living.
As I got older, I began to notice how little the supplement industry seemed to speak to people like me. So much fitness marketing is centered on twenty-somethings, extreme routines, and products that feel more complicated than practical. Mature adults deserve something different—straightforward nutrition created with our goals and everyday lives in mind.
That realization inspired me to create Mature & Fit: a brand built by an active older adult for active older adults. We are beginning with one thoughtfully developed protein supplement for people 40 and older who want a convenient way to add protein to their day and support an active lifestyle.
Mature & Fit is about respecting the experience we have earned, supporting the strength we continue to build, and reminding people that getting older does not mean stepping away from fitness.
